Job Description
Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor required to join a market-leading engineering manufacturer.
The successful Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor will be office-based near Maidstone and responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of diverse projects for a leading provider of environmental monitoring solutions, including testing, calibration, and certification services for controlled environments, medical gas systems, and laboratory instrumentation.
The ideal Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor will have proven project management experience, ideally within an electrical, mechanical, industrial engineering, or HVAC background. Full product training will be provided.
Package:
· £35,000-£50,000 depending on experience

Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor Role:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
- Produce and maintain project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and detailed reports.
- Support and ensure the achievement of project deliverables that align with client expectations and regulatory quality standards.
- Review and approve subcontractor submissions to guarantee compliance and thoroughness.
- Coordinate and track project tasks with team members, meeting key milestones and fostering collaboration.
- Operate within a specialized and niche market focused on Cleanroom and Bio-containment facilities across the UK.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.

Project Manager / Project Leader / Project Supervisor Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Projects Team Leader, Project Supervisor, or similar, ideally within large contractor, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Project management qualifications, such as APM, Prince2, or a degree in Business Administration or Project Management, are desirable.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools, including Gantt charts or equivalent software.
- Previous project management experience in construction, HVAC, or related sectors is advantageous.
- Full UK driving license, willingness to travel nationwide, and a clean DBS check required.
