We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to be a part of our growing team to be a part of our long-term success. We are looking for a mid-level PM with experience in construction with an emphasis on structural steel framing.  

Skills and Responsibilities:

• A team player that oversees all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources and work with shop floor for assigned projects
• Coordinate with onsite personnel and contractors
• Interface with shop foreman, detailers, inspectors, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Manage, maintain, and execute change orders. 
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Must have a thorough understanding of schedules, project budgets, submittals, change orders, and job costing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in construction and/or manufacturing management or other related fields. 5 years . 
• Familiarity with project management software
• Strong leadership qualities, communication skills, and ethics. 
• Deadline driven and focused.
