Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with our Sales/Estimating, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams, as well as direct interaction with clients and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and on-site personnel
• Evaluate and manage material procurement
• Manage fabrication of millwork and casework production at main facility
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• Conduct project post-mortems and recommend improvements for future projects.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of management experience in the similar industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory standards.
