Project Manager
Charlottesville-based customer builder is searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager. Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A minimum of five years’ experience in residential project management is required. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator (oral and written) and is detail oriented. A thorough understanding of all phases of building construction and the ability to work well under pressure is a requirement for this role. Among other responsibilities, the candidate must excel in collaborating with different clients, designers and subcontractors while prioritizing the needs of each. Project related responsibilities will include direct support for project supervisor, client satisfaction, project quality and scheduling, cost estimates, cost control and adherence to internal administration for your assigned projects, including monthly client invoicing.
