Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing projects related to managing current client success as well as OPN’s expansion into new markets. The position is in-office in our Glendale office and involves coordinating with staff across OPN’s departments, including Care Management, Network Operations, Analytics, and Finance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Creating and maintaining plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources

· Delegating tasks on the project to employees and contractors best positioned to complete them

· Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects across departments

· Assisting in the definition of project scope and goals

· Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

· Serving as a point of contact for multiple resource groups to ensure team actions remain coordinated

· Communicating with stakeholders to keep the project aligned with business goals and strategy

· Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

· Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed

· Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

· Reporting project status in regular updates that include time and effort spent, progress against schedule and budget, and estimates to project completion.

· Capture and maintain project requirements for both business and technical needs

· Manage diverse teams across company employees, contractors, and consulting resources

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree

· 3+ years’ experience

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Monday or other Project Management Software

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

· Demonstrated ability to drive results with distributed teams and management

· Problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

· Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.

· Ability to safely and successfully perform and maintain regular job functions with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
