Are you an experienced Project Manager with experience working on Education schemes up to £65m ?

My client a Tier 1 Main Contractor are keen to add a Project Manager to oversee an exciting project in London.
They have a fantastic reputation and are very highly thought of.

Opportunity to move into a Senior Project Manager role.
 
Project Manager roles & responsibilities:

• Subcontractor management

\n

• Oversee construction site activities & Progress reporting

\n

• Client engagement

\n

• Quality control

\n

• Health and Safety Management

\n

Project Manager skills required:

\n
• Minimum 5 years’ Project Manager experience

\n

• Previous No.2 experience on a major construction project

\n

• Degree qualification (Construction Management or similar)

\n

• Tier 1 Main Contractor background-

\n

• CSCS card, First Aid, SMSTS certified

\n
