Project Manager

We are seeking experienced Mechanical and Electrical Project Managers to oversee the successful delivery of a prestigious construction project in the west of Glasgow. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile development with significant historical and architectural importance.



Key Responsibilities:



* Oversee all M&E aspects of the project, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.



* Manage subcontractors and coordinate with other teams to maintain seamless operations.



* Conduct regular progress reviews, addressing any issues and ensuring adherence to design specifications.



* Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.



* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.



Requirements:



* Proven experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager in construction projects.



* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.



* A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems within large-scale developments.



* Relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering



* Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
