Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-end residential projects? This is your chance to lead an exciting £25 million luxury development in Ealing.
You’ll oversee an 18 months program, starting with demolition in spring, transforming the site into a stunning residential community. The project includes high-end co-living apartments and eight luxury houses, combining exceptional design with meticulous craftsmanship.
As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing every stage of the project, from demolition to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with a dedicated and collaborative team, managing subcontractors, maintaining quality, and fostering excellent relationships with stakeholders

What You’ll Need

• \nExperience: Proven track record managing residential projects from demolition through to completion.

• \nQualifications: SMSTS and NVQ Level 6 in construction management are essential.

• \nLeadership: Strong ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.
