Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription The project manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
- Identify resources needed to commit to goals and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Plan a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
- Track project costs committed to meet the approved budget at all times.
- Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
- Develop and managing project schedules and working plans for team members.
- Communicate with executives of different departments to keep the project aligned with their goals.
- Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
- Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
- Manage contracts with outsources by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Monitor progress and execute adjustments as necessitated.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of project management and related experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification .
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Frequent travel will be required, domestic and international.
