Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription The project manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Identify resources needed to commit to goals and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Plan a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Track project costs committed to meet the approved budget at all times.
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
  • Develop and managing project schedules and working plans for team members.
  • Communicate with executives of different departments to keep the project aligned with their goals.
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
  • Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
  • Manage contracts with outsources by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
  • Monitor progress and execute adjustments as necessitated.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of project management and related experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification .
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Frequent travel will be required, domestic and international.
  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restriction to ITAR documentation and materials. 
  • Must be a U.S. , legal permanent , refugee, or asylee.
