Project Manager Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, accounting, and control. This position ensures technical direction is followed, quality standards are met, and compliance is maintained. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects as directed and will manage various aspects of construction management including planning, cost management, quality control, contract administration, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage projects ranging in value from $2 million to $50 million.
- Produce and maintain detailed project schedules.
- Track and review project submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Assemble pricing for changes in scope requested by the Owner.
- Develop and manage subcontract agreements.
- Track material procurement and fabrication processes.
- Maintain document control and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Establish and maintain communication and relationships with Owners and Architects.
- Enforce our clients Core Values, Policies, Procedures, and Performance Standards.
Qualifications:
- College Degree required, preferably in Construction Management or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in supervising commercial construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects efficiently and effectively.
