We all work together to become Hawaii’s Premier Appliance Provider.We are seeking a Project Manager who will work closely with the Vice President of Project Sales to quote, secure, order, schedule, manage and serve larger projects across Hawaii.

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

  • Find project quote requests from GC’s, Developers, On-line Bid Platforms, etc.
  • Search for building permits to bid on.
  • Review product specifications, project plans, appliance schedules to quote.
  • Obtain price quotes from suppliers and any 3rd party vendors.
  • Prepare and submit proposals by deadlines.
  • Review awarded PO’s and contracts with the manager.
  • Place and manage product orders.
  • Follow up with Contractors on project readiness
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery of appliances
  • Create invoices for the client
  • Resolve damage/service issues.
  • Overall management of a project once it is awarded.

  • Finding projects to quote
  • Proposals: on-time submission rate
  • On-time product ordering (timeframe based on project)
  • Contractor follow-ups on project readiness (varies from monthly to weekly)
  • Delivery requests: on-time and accurate submissions
  • On-time invoicing

Duties and ResponsibilitiesAs the market and our customers evolve, your role is also constantly changing as you work to meet our customers where they are, but ultimately the end goal is to find and shepherd a project from submitting quotes on time to ordering and delivery coordination to invoicing and resolving any product issues.


Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Project Management Experience (Min 2 years)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to learn and become proficient in Project Management Software
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data
  • Great time management skills and fast processing skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Fine motor skills - being able to operate a keyboard and mouse efficiently
  • Visual Acuity - have clear near vision for reading computer screens and blueprints
  • Hearing Ability - able to hear and understand conversations in person and on the telephone
  • Light Lifting - ability to occasionally lift and carry files and other office supplies

Work ScheduleMonday - Friday (8am - 5pm)


CompensationThis position is a salaried position. Salary ranges from $85,000 - $90,000 a year, DOE.
This position is accountable for and expected to achieve monthly targets for minimum #’s and $’s of Quote submissions, sent out On Time and Complete.
This position is Salaried with the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions on completed projects.In addition to our competitive earnings plan, we offer excellent benefits including:

Pacific Appliance Group (PAG) was created in 1997 with the purpose of servicing state and military contracts, and selling to businesses. PAG went on to work on larger housing development projects and has become one of the major suppliers of appliances on Oahu.
