An award-winning Developer are looking for a dedicated and passionate Project Manager to join their Southern Team. Do you have a passion for quality? this could be an opportunity to join a respected Developer with the opportunity for progression.



About the role of Project Manager



This role would see you join an already established team on traditional build site with multiple phases. You will be reporting to a visiting contracts manager and have overall responsibility for the project and motivating the team to produce high quality homes.



Responsibilities for Project Manager



Oversee the planning, execution and completion of the development to a exceptionally high standard

Managing project programmes, costs and resources

Lead and motivate Site Managers, subcontractors and internal teams to achieve milestones

Maintain high standards of quality ensuring all homes meet NHBC standards

Working collaboratively with the MQS, QS and Buying team to procure efficiently and to programme

Be responsible for the safety and welfare of anyone visiting or working on site

Requirements for Project Manager



Strong understanding of NHBC standards

Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Asta

Proven experience as a Project within a PLC environment / multi-phase Development

Timber frame experience would be desirable

Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
