Position: Project/Contracts Manager\n\n• Join a growing & forward thinking business\n\n• Deliver flagship Cat A&B Office fit outs (Up to £3m)\n\n• Quickly grow into a Head of Delivery role\n\nSalary: Up to/Circa £70k\n\nAbout the Company\n\nOur client is a specialist fit out and refurbishment contractor. Leading the way in helping clients bring their ideas of thier office space to life, they are looking for a Project Manager in the Northampton area to help tackle their busy pipeline.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nOur client is seeking someone with proven experience as a successful Contracts Manager within the interior fit-out and refurbishment sector. You should have worked on projects with a value between £100k - £3m.

You should be confident at dealing with people and possess the skills to communicate confidently and effectively with end user clients and consultants.\n\nYour primary role would be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.\n\nThe key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:\n\n * Responsibility for active work site(s)\n\n * Programme\n\n * Cost control\n\n * Quality Control\n\n * Working with H&S manager/consultant to maintain high standards of safety.\n\n * Procurement\n\n * Conversant with bills & contracts\n\n * Contract correspondence\n\nThe Offer\n\nIn return for your expertise, our client offers a competitive salary of up to/circa £70k per annum.
