Some of our current clients include Ministry of Justice, Home Office, Homes England, MHCLG and Sheffield Council.\n\nProject Management Services to include:\n\nAdvising the client to help them define the strategic brief, including goals and objectives of the project \nSupport the client to establish and procure the project team \nDefine the project success factors including time, cost, quality, environmental, and social outcomes \nDefine and agree project governance structure aligned to client and legislative requirements \nProduce a detail project execution plan that outlines how the project will be managed \nEstablish reporting requirements and production of progress reports \nLeading and acting as an integrator of multidiscipline services at all stages of the project life cycle \nEstablish and manage the change control process \nMonitoring and advising upon project performance against success indicators \nImplement performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance \nEstablish a communication strategy and information management plan and implement this across the project managing the interface between all parties and the client. \n\nIn addition to leading Project Management services for our clients you will be responsible for managing our commissions internally and work with our Account Leaders to position and win new work. \n\nAdditional Internal Project Management and Business Development services to include: \n\nManage our commissions in accordance with our BMS process \nOversee resourcing and commercial performance of our commissions managing risk and maximising opportunities \nCapturing project capability and add value evidence through Project Case studies and Client feedback \nSupporting account leaders to develop new opportunities for our business including cross-selling our solutions to help our clients overcome challenges \nManagement of bids through our WIN process \nDriving innovation to support efficiency and quality of service delivery.
