Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in super prime residential construction to join our client, a prestigious main contractor renowned for delivering high-end residential projects across London, with values of up to £20m.



The Role:



As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of high-value residential projects, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality.



Key Responsibilities:



✔ Oversee full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery

✔ Manage client relationships and liaise with high-net-worth individuals

✔ Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

✔ Ensure quality control and adherence to high-spec finishes

✔ Manage project schedules, budgets, and health & safety compliance

✔ Write and manage project programmes using Asta Powerproject or MS Project



Requirements:



✔ Extensive Project Management experience within a high-end residential main contractor in the UK

✔ Proven track record of delivering luxury residential projects up to £20m

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

✔ Excellent knowledge of UK construction regulations and processes

✔ Proficiency in writing and managing project programmes using Asta Powerproject or MS Project
