Senior Project Manager – Doors, Frames, & Hardware

\nLocation: Mount Holly, NC (100% onsite)
\nFull time, permanent position
\nSalary: $90,000 - $115,000 (compensation flexible depending on experience)

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with extensive experience in commercial doors, frames, and hardware? We are seeking a progressive leader with deep industry expertise to join our team in a confidential, high-impact role.
\n\nAbout the Role:\n\n
In this critical position, you will take ownership of project detailing, estimating, and execution, ensuring precision and efficiency in every phase. Your ability to identify design errors, optimize material estimates, and collaborate closely with customers will drive project success and client satisfaction.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n

- Leverage extensive knowledge of door vendors to manage projects with accuracy.\n\t
- Conduct detailed take-offs for commercial doors, frames, and hardware.\n\t
- Identify errors in design and specifications, ensuring seamless execution.\n\t
- Develop precise material estimates aligned with company policies and local codes.\n\t
- Assist customers by assessing door deficiencies and providing corrective action plans for code compliance.\n\t
- Provide expert support to sales teams during estimating and buy-out phases.\n\t
- Lead and mentor teams in blueprint reading, specification interpretation, and construction procedures.\n\t
- Review actual material usage vs. estimates for continuous improvement.\n
\n\nAdditional Support Responsibilities:\n\n

- Serve as a "second set of eyes" for order verification and documentation review.\n\t
- Analyze revised project documents and changes, ensuring smooth execution.\n
\n\nQualifications & Experience:\n\n

- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting ().\n\t
- 7+ years of proven expertise in doors, frames, and hardware project management.\n\t
- Strong understanding of local building codes and compliance requirements.\n
