Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and an understanding of project management methodologies. Project estimating and takeoffs are an additional responsibility for this position.  This role requires the ability to effectively communicate with Clients, designers, vendors, department heads, and ensure that projects are completed on time, in budget and scope compliance. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in daily functions of the business.

  • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables including preliminary budget estimating, project oversight relating to budget constraints and final bidding process.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with Clients and stakeholders to ensure favorable terms.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
  • Conduct research data collection to inform project decisions and strategies.
  • Develop process mapping techniques to visualize workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply Six Sigma principles to minimize defects and enhance quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate team meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and address deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in Construction/manufacturing project management.
  • Occasional domestic and potentially international travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Proven education/experience in project management, preferably in Construction, Design and/or manufacturing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with content management systems is .
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in research data collection methods for informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on collaboration.
