Project Manager

Due to our continued success in the US market, Oneview Healthcare is seeking an Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Oneview solution. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and competent individual who is passionate about healthcare transformation and patient engagement. The role will be based in the St. Louis area, with ease of access to a hub. The role will involve travel to customer sites nationally at about 50% depending on customer need. The role will report to our Director of Global Project Management. Responsibilities Delivering implementation projects using Oneview's implementation methodology from Post Sales through Go Live and handover to Customer Success. Working with customers to ensure effective project governance. Working closely with their technical counterpart to ensure that customer requirements are understood and addressed in the implementation. Engaging with Oneview's technical team in Dublin for Product and Deployment requirements Managing customer and internal stakeholders. Identifying the necessary resources for implementation and working with the relevant Oneview people to provision resources. Managing the procurement of hardware for implementations, in collaboration with the procurement team Managing all third-party relationships for installation and testing of hardware. Identifying and managing implementation risks and issues. Reporting on project progress and escalating appropriately. Ensuring that the implementation is completed in-line with quality criteria. Develop strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners, and being an ambassador for the Oneview brand. Understands the importance of information security Experience Requires a Bachelor's Degree and Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or similar is required or needs to be completed within 6 months of hire date. 5 years of related experience as a Project or Program Manager with sole responsibility for project delivery. Experience managing multiple, complex projects at one time Experience delivering complex projects with software, infrastructural and organizational change components. Experience in the healthcare or technology sector is required. Client-facing experience with a Management, Technology or Healthcare Consulting organization is . Vendor management experience is . KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Sales Support/Growth: Partnering with Sales and Customer Success team to identify opportunities for expansion or new sale Implementation: On-time, on-budget project delivery. Compliance with Oneview's project management methodology Timely status reporting and management of customer requirements Customer satisfaction with the implementation process and the resulting solution. Innovation: Provide enhancement ideas that will deliver value for customers and/or Oneview Healthcare. Revenue: You are accountable for P&L on our projects Operational & People: Contribution to the Oneview implementation methodology for process improvement Attend weekly Project Manager meetings to engage with global team and share lessons learned and feedback.
