I am recruiting for a Project Manager in Cardiff, this is a permanent roles working for a well-respected main contractor on facade & fire remediation projects. The company do everything from major work projects to small works and reactive maintenance, with a great company culture and is constantly growing!\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Salary up to £70,000\n\n * Car allowance\n\n * Pension\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Reporting into the Project Director\n\n * Pre-construction work through to completion\n\n * Liaison with client and external consultants\n\n * Responsible for the programme and managing the site team\n\nRequirements\n\n * Trades background or HNC in Construction Management\n\n * Experience working for Façade & Fire remediation projects start to finish\n\n * Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office\n\n * Excellent Communication skills both written and verbally\n\n * Background working for a main contractor\n\n * Knowledge of building process, including general Building Regulations\n\n * SMSTS\n\n * First aid qualified\n\n * CSCS card holder at Manager level\n\n * Safety trained in Construction Site Safety
