The role:
In this role, you will lead the deployment of Cloud Contact Centre technology for key Route 101 clients. It requires someone who can take ownership of full or partial project phases, ensuring milestones are met with precision. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to drive success in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage specific projects or workstreams within large-scale programmes, ensuring timely delivery to contracted terms
- Project planning
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Risk and issue management
- Governance and reporting
What will help you be successful in this role:
- Proven Project Management experience, ideally within technology delivery.
- Proven ability to lead project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and customer stakeholders across all teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a client-focused approach.
The salary and benefits:
The salary on offer for this role is between £50,000-£60,000 per annum with a good selection of benefits including:
- 25 days annual leave + public holidays (increases to 30 days with tenure)
