Job Title: Electrical Estimator - Project Manager

Locations: Janesville, WI 53546 or Rochester, NY 14606

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 (plus bonus)

Job Description:

As an Electrical Estimator - Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our project lifecycle, from pre- to post-tender stages. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and contractors.
• Interpreting electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Developing detailed and accurate estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and expenses based on customer bid requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Analyzing project technical requirements to estimate engineering project costs.
• Managing project execution from estimation to completion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical construction project management and/or estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, a relevant tradecraft certification, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience estimating and managing industrial projects of $5 million or greater.
• Proficiency in electrical estimating software (experience with Accubid is a plus).
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience managing maintenance of large, multi-disciplined turnkey projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independantly and as a team member.
