Our client seeks a Project Manager to manage the planning, completion and delivery of assigned projects of moderate levels of complexity.

This is a one-year contract position where you will earn up to $70/hour, depending on your experience. You will work 40 hours per week, M-F 8am-5pm. You will work a hybrid schedule being in the office 4-days each week, no exceptions.

To qualify for the Project Manager position, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of education and work experience
• 5-7 years of technical/professional experience
• 3+ years’ experience leading projects
• Strong understanding of project management
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes to include Waterfall, Agile or blended PM processes
• Insurance or financial services industry experience
• Skilled with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.)

Some of your responsibilities as Project Manager will include:

• Developing, overseeing and measuring the project’s work
  • Business objectives
  • Schedule
  • Costs
  • Deliver projects with limited oversight
  • Key milestones
  • Identifying/mitigating risks, if applicable
  • Managing resource demands
  • Leading large complex projects within a specific domain or function
• Delivering projects within defined project metrics and costs
• Managing project resources
• Receiving team feedback
• Coordinating risks and issues between assigned projects
