What You'll Do:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of custom home builds and renovations. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading project teams, including trades, suppliers, and site staff, to deliver exceptional results.
• Ability to work bags-on executing trim carpentry and cabinetry projects.
• Creating and managing detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes.
• Coordinating all project activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and timeline standards.
• Communicating consistently with clients to keep them informed and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
• Problem-solving and resolving challenges efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional approach.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in custom homes or luxury renovations.
• Education: A post-secondary diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is but not required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction software (e.g., BuilderTrend) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Labor Ability: Ability to work bags-on executing trim carpentry and cabinetry projects.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple teams and foster collaboration across all levels.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality.
