Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMBS is in urgent need of a Project Manager in Schaumburg, IL. This position is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) activities, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks and organizational goals.
• Facilitate and lead stakeholder meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Define the current state of processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to achieve the desired future state ("art of the possible").
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain project timelines, budgets, and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in project management with strong communication and PMO skills.
• Solid understanding of governance principles and their application within projects.
• Prior knowledge and experience in the insurance industry are highly .
