Freelance Mid-Weight Project Manager – Beauty Brands

Location: Hybrid (SW London)

Rate: £250-£300 per day

Duration: 3 Months (Immediate Start)

A well-established beauty brand is seeking a skilled and experienced Freelance Mid-Weight Project Manager to join their team for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing print and digital projects, with a particular focus on beauty brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple beauty brand projects from brief to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Coordinate across both print and digital teams, ensuring seamless integration between departments.
• Manage client relationships, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the creative and production teams, providing strategic direction to meet project goals.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience working on beauty brands, with a strong understanding of the industry and its unique challenges.
• Solid experience managing both print and digital projects, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal oversight.
