Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out

London, Oxford Circus (with travel to Nuneaton, Crawley, and Southampton)

£80,000 - £100,000 + Travel expenses

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial office fit-outs? Do you thrive in delivering high-quality projects and managing out-of-town sites? We’re hiring on behalf of a boutique design & build company in London, looking for a talented professional to join their team.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple commercial fit-out projects, with a particular focus on industrial units incorporating office spaces. You’ll manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management – from planning to final handover.
• Site management – overseeing operations, health & safety compliance, and quality control.
• Stakeholder coordination – working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Logistics & procurement – planning and managing resources efficiently.
• Travel – overseeing projects outside London, including Nuneaton, Crawley, and Southampton.
• Problem-solving – identifying risks and handling challenges proactively.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial office fit-outs, ideally within industrial unit projects.
• Willingness to travel outside of London as required.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and H&S regulations.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Full UK driving license .
