Elvet Recruitment are recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a long-standing civil engineering contractor to help deliver schemes across the North East\n\nThe contractor are a key specialist in various sectors including: Highways, Public Realm, Structures and Plotworks.\n\nDuties as Project Manager:\n\n * Preparing daily and weekly progress reports, variation reports for the scheme\n\n * Chairing weekly internal meetings, and client progress meetings\n\n * Producing monthly reporting in line with contract requirements including commercial reports\n\n * Dealing with varying contracts including NEC/JCT\n\n * Developing procurement schedules\n\n * Maintain documentation for ISO9001/14001 and 18001 systems\n\nExperience Required as Project Manager:\n\n * Must have proven experience working as Senior Site Agent / Project Manager on civil engineering projects (£5m+).\n\n * Must have full knowledge with: Public Realm, Highways and Structures schemes\n\n * Must have: SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.\n\n * Understanding of planning software and contract requirements\n\nRemuneration:\n\nOn offer is a salary of up to £62,000 (DOE) plus generous package\n\nThis is a permanent position and Elvet Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment agency for permanent recruitment on behalf of our client.\n\nBy applying for this job you accept the T&Cs, Privacy Policy and Disclaimers which can be found on our website\n\nFor more information, please contact Jack Vasey at Elvet Recruitment
