Linsco are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee an office fit-out project in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-quality office refurbishments and fit-outs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee the full fit-out process, ensuring smooth project delivery.\nManage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on-site.\nEnsure health & safety compliance at all times.\nMonitor project progress, quality, and deadlines.\nConduct regular site meetings and liaise with stakeholders.\nProblem-solve and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently.\n\nRequirements:\n\n✅ Proven experience as a Site Manager in office fit-out projects.\n✅ Strong understanding of interior finishes, M&E coordination, and space planning.\n✅ Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.\n✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n✅ Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nIf you have the required experience and are looking for your next opportunity, apply now.\n\nLinsco is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
