Overview\n\nWe are looking for talented Project Managers, ideally with consultancy experience, to join us at Expleo. This client-facing role will lead projects collaborating with our clients across a wide range of IT deliveries.\n\nThe successful candidate will be able to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders, as well as internal and external teams. The programme follows a Waterfall process, working with partners who may use Agile methodologies, so solid experience with both methodologies is desirable.\n\nYou will be expected to be on-site with clients in Buckinghamshire 1-2 days per week or as the programme requires.\n\nExpleo works across multiple clients and industries, so there is an expectation that you will contribute to the continued growth of the Practice as time allows.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nPlanning: Build and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with overall programme objectives\nRAID Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies\nFinance Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.\nReporting: Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.\nQuality Management: Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.\n\nQualifications\n\nDesirable Certifications: MAPM, Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2\n\nEssential skills\n\nStrong understanding of the systems development lifecycle.\nThe ability to understand and lead the construction of system & data integrations\nExcellent client-facing skills\nStrong understanding of Waterfall methodologies\nStrong understanding of Agile (Kanban & Scrum)\nExperience of working with Programme and Project managers in large deployments\nPeople management skills - the ability to lead and focus teams in complex projects\nStrong self-management - continuous performance is both an objective and a mind-set\nDesire to continue to build IT domain knowledge- tools, applications, platforms\nDesire to embrace and work withing new industries\nMicrosoft Project\nStrong communication skills in English are essential for effectively interacting with clients\n\nDesired skills\n\nGood understanding of Salesforce platform and its various applications and associated workflows is an advantage\n\nExperience\n\nExperience of leading large scale projects (specialising in one of more - systems development, infrastructure projects, data projects) involving business process and change, organisation change, and multiple large-scale technology components\nExperience leading Waterfall & Agile Scrum projects.\nExperience within the automotive industry or energy industry is desirable but not essential\n\nBenefits\n\nCollaborative working environment - we stand shoulder to shoulder with our clients and our peers through good times and challenges \nWe empower all passionate technology loving professionals by allowing them to expand their skills and take part in inspiring projects \nExpleo Academy - enables you to acquire and develop the right skills by delivering a suite of accredited training courses \nCompetitive company benefits\nAlways working as one team, our people are not afraid to think big and challenge the status quo \n\nAs a Confident Committed Employer we have committed to:\nEnsure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible\nCommunicating and promoting vacancies\nOffering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job\nAnticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required\nSupporting any existing employee who acquires a or long term health condition, enabling them to stay in work at least one activity that will make a difference for disabled people"We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their , , , /belief, or ".
