Project Manager - East Midlands \n\nProject Manager or Contracts Manager - An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager to manage multiple framework projects up to £10 million for our Main Contractor client.\n\nDuties\n\nManage and oversee construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, health and safety, and quality standards.\n\t\nAct as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams, ensuring clear communication and timely project delivery.\n\t\nMonitor project progress, manage risks, negotiate contracts, and prepare reports for senior management to ensure successful project outcomes.\n\nExperience \n\nStrong knowledge of health and safety regulations, quality control standards, and legal requirements in construction.\n\t\nProven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within the construction industry, particularly working on public sector frameworks.\n\t\nExcellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contracts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.\n\t\nExperience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.\n\nBenefits \n\nCompetitive salary between £65,000 - £75,000 + package\n\t\nHoliday pay, pension and car allowance
