Project Manager – Technology & Digital Change

We’re looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in technology change and digital programmes to join a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, driving efficiency, and navigating technical conversations with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and delivering diverse technology and digital change projects

Managing multiple concurrent projects, including regulatory initiatives and automation/efficiency improvements

Working closely with managed service development teams and ensuring smooth project execution

Engaging in technology-related discussions—not just business change, but with enough technical insight to ask the right questions

Overseeing non-functional testing, UAT, and ensuring successful project delivery

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3-5 years of diverse project experience across different industries and subject areas

✔ Experience in small organisations where adaptability and multitasking are key

✔ Strong understanding of technology-driven projects—financial services experience is a plus, but not essential

✔ Ability to work with third-party providers and manage end-to-end project delivery
