Job Title: Site Based Project Manager Role (Permanent)\n\nLocation: West Midlands (candidate must be open to travel)\n\nSalary: £60,000-£65,000 + Car Allowance, Healthcare & Bonus Structure\n\nAbout my client: My client has a leading name in the fit-out sector, delivering high-quality projects across public sector and office Design & Build (D&B).\n\nWith project values ranging from £500K to £30M, their work emphasizes excellence, precision, and innovation. My client pride themselves on their collaborative approach and are looking to expand the team, due to an increase in workload.\n\nThe Role: They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee single-site projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery to the highest standards. Reporting directly to a visiting Contracts Manager, the role demands exceptional organizational skills, technical knowledge, and a proactive attitude.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Manage one project at a time, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.\n\n- Coordinate and lead site teams in adherence to health and safety standards.\n\n- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n- Oversee the entire Design & Build process for public sector and office projects.\n\n- Utilize Asta Powerproject to plan, manage, and track project schedules.\n\n- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.\n\nRequirements for the role:\n\n- Proven experience in Site Based Project Management within fit-out or D&B environments\n\n- SMSTS certification, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Black or White Card.\n\n- Proficiency in Asta Powerproject for project planning and scheduling.\n\n- Experience running a site valued around £5M as the lead Project Manager\n\n- Candidate must be based in the West Midlands\n\n- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse project teams and liaise with clients.\n\n- Commitment to delivering quality work under tight deadlines.\n\nWhat my client Offers:\n\n- Competitive salary of £60,000-£65,000.\n\n- Car allowance.\n\n- Comprehensive healthcare package.\n\n- Performance-based bonus structure.\n\n- Development and progression\n\nIf you would like to apply for the role, please email your CV to (url removed)
