Project Manager\n\nLocation: Manchester\n\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nDuration: Ongoing\n\nRate: £320 p/day\n\nProject Manager - Manchester\n\nI am working with a fitout contractor that specialise within banks and office refurbishments.\n\nThe project is refurbishments of various bank facilities in and around Manchester and the North West. \n\nYou will be responsible for running multiple projects at one time. \n\nThe Role\n\nThey are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background managing banks and office refurbishments.

\n\nKey Responsibilities include:\n\n- Assist Site Managers to monitor project progress and team members performance\n\n- Review, revise and issue company risk assessments and method statements to the client safety department and site managers\n\n- Assist PM in development of Project Management documents\n\n- Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what's needed\n\n- Meetings with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements\n\n- Review project labour requirements and assist with the recruitment of site managers.\n\nAbout You:\n\n- Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills\n\n- High level of IT skills, particularly Microsoft 365 suite of applications\n\n- Background in construction environment
