Are you a No.1 Project Manager with experience of fast track refurb and fit out projects in the Industrial & Logistics space?

Are you a polished, professional and driven construction professional looking to work for directional Main Contractor?

Do you have a track record of delivering high tempo, high spec projects on time and budget?

If so, Build Space has the perfect role for you!

Project Manager roles and responsibilities:

• Preconstruction, design development, planning inputs
• Client liaison
• Problem solving
• Weekly reporting upline to Board
• Quality control / project delivery

Project Management experience required:

• Good Main Contractor / Project experience
• Industrial & Logistics project experience
• BSc (Hons) Construction Management or similar
• CSCS Black, First Aid, SMSTS certified
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
