Vacancy: Project Manager\n\nLocation: North West\n\nSalary: £50-55k plus car allowance\n\nA well-established and rapidly expanding Social Housing Contractor are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis.\n\nThe company have gone from strength to strength each year and have an exciting growth plan in place, with a healthy pipeline of work across the North West region.\n\nThe company specialise in retrofit and decarbonisation to tenanted Social Housing properties, with a goal to reduce fuel poverty and the carbon footprint.\n\nTypical works will consist of EWI, Air Source Heat Pump Installation, Windows and Doors, IWI, Roofline works.\n\nResponsibilities of a Project Manager:\n\nEmbedding the client's requirements in every aspect of the project, offering the clients added value to give them the assurance that they can trust the Contractor in providing a quality start-to-finish delivery\nAssisting the Site Manager with any problems or concerns on site\nRegular liaison with the client, discussing progress and acting as the company representative\nSenior management meetings on progression of sites making sure directors are aware of each development\nDiscussing build-ability and design issues\nManaging Health & Safety\nProgramming and planning all works\nDevising a build programme\nRecruitment of staff, organising trades and labour\nEnsuring KPI's are being achievedThe successful Project Manager must have:\n\nA strong background in the social housing refurbishment sector/decarbonisation sector with knowledge of working under PAS regulations.\nCSCS, SMSTS, First AidIf you are interested in this position and would like to apply, please send a copy of your CV to Steph at Fawkes & Reece.\n\nPlease note, if shortlisted, applicants will be required to provide 2 contactable references and copies of certificates stated
