Harvis, Inc. on behalf of a confidential client, a general commercial contractor in the NEPA area, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced full time PROJECT MANAGER.

Responsibilities:

• Work with management and be responsible for running large size and smaller sized commercial construction projects from start to finish.

• Manage permitting, submittal process, schedules, budgets/hours, job meetings, change orders, and close out documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of directly related COMMERCIAL construction management experience.

• Hands on field experience and knowledge of construction is a must.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Computer knowledge.

• Team player with goals to advance with the company in the future.

• Successful completion of all pre-employment background checks
