As a Project Manager, you will work with our software developers and key business leaders to coordinate people, processes, and funding to ensure that our development projects are delivered to stakeholders on time with the desired results. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical understanding, excellent communication and social skills, and is deeply passionate about delivering quality results to our clients. - Manage multiple projects of varying sizes
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Accurately schedule resourcing for all different departments that are working on an active project and ensure resource availability and allocation is precise
- Coordinate internal resources, third parties, and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Review completed tasks and features to ensure quality of deliverables
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service through timely, courteous, and respectful communication; identify and anticipate needs through active effective listening; and assist customers in understanding their system(s)
- Support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time
- Monitor progress and results with the ability to recognize and capitalize on improvement opportunities while adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities
Requirements
To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in project management
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
- Business analysis experience is a plus
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, organizational, and prioritization skills required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong sense of personal accountability
- Ability to use independent judgment and take personal initiative to plan and manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head off obstacles
- Superior verbal and written communication
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and business prospects
