Project Manager - Construction / Aluminum

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Your primary responsibility is ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Quality control and compliance with safety regulations, ensuring the project is completed in accordance with the owners company procedures and per contract.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation.
• After sale is complete, measure job, order materials and oversee the project ensuring company guidelines and contracts are followed.
• Ensure project moves smoothly between installers and homeowners.
• Coordinate materials and equipment from suppliers.
• Create schedule for workers and subcontractors
• Maintain a daily log for each job sites operations, reporting to management.
• Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.
• Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.
• Ordering NWI, TEMO or any other projects that are sold.
• Drop off and pick up all permits from building departments and projects.

Qualifications:

• Project Management, expeditor and expediting skills.
• Experience in inspection and logistics management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the sunroom and patio construction industry.
• Prior project manager experience in related field.
• Strong and effective communication skills.
• CMR knowledge a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
