Project Manager – Visual Merchandising & Retail Displays

Location: Brighouse

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is all about turning ideas into reality—working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Your day-to-day will include:

• Reviewing project briefs to understand scope, costs, and timelines
• Developing and assessing project options, from materials to installation logistics
• Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Producing competitive and profitable quotes for clients
• Managing project schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
• Overseeing prototype production and quality control before rollout
• Coordinating store surveys, installation schedules, and all required logistics
• Creating detailed install packs for fitters and arranging deliveries

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who’s not just great at managing projects, but also has a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll bring:

• Experience managing both semi-permanent and permanent retail display projects
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisation and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• A customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills
• Confidence working with suppliers and manufacturers
• Competency in relevant software/tools to manage quotes and schedules
