Project Manager

Job DescriptionJob Description

This job entails:

• Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee all activities on the construction site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignment.

• Supervision: Supervise and direct on-site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

• Travel to Sites: Traveling and working on-site on projects including: picking up materials, delivering materials, working with power tools, hand tools, etc to ensure that projects are on the scheduled timeline.

• Quality Control: Monitor work progress and quality to ensure that construction meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.

• Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.

• Material Management: Manage the procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment required for construction activities.

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues or challenges that arise during the construction process, including technical problems, scheduling conflicts, and budget constraints.

• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders within our project management system.

• Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and work closely with project managers to identify cost-saving opportunities and prevent budget overruns.

• Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
