Project Manager – Product Development & Operations
Location: Miami, FL
Reports to: Senior Product Manager

Position Summary:
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion. This includes driving timelines, managing resources, and ensuring the successful execution of projects that support new product development and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Define project scopes, deliverables, and schedules to effectively manage timelines and key milestones.

• Execution & Monitoring: Drive projects to completion by maintaining timelines, managing budgets, and tracking project financials.

• Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and support decision-making with detailed analysis.

• Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional meetings and ensure alignment across departments such as engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.

• Communication: Maintain consistent and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Documentation: Keep organized and up-to-date project documentation to promote visibility and accountability.

• Best Practices: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and standardized project management methodologies.

• Technical Oversight: Work closely with technical teams to verify BOM accuracy and support cost analysis efforts.

• Operations Familiarity: Gain in-depth knowledge of internal processes, product lines, and company workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field ().

• 3–5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or product development environment.

• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Skills:

• PMP Certification (a plus)

• Experience leading cross-functional teams across departments such as marketing, finance, and operations

• Background in process improvement and project delivery optimization

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and/or new product development lifecycle
