Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to join our client’s Housing service, leading the delivery of key technical and transformation projects within the housing portfolio.

Contract Details:

• \nUntil June 2025 initially

• \nHybrid working (minimum 3 days in office/site)
  
  \n

\n

• \nPAYE: £327.44 per day
  
  \n

\n

• \nUMB: £450.00 per day
  
  \n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Manage and deliver a range of housing-related projects from initiation to completion
  
  \n

\n

• Projects may include technical programmes (e.g., installation of wifi-enabled sensors, fire door remedials)
  
  \n

\n

• Support transformation projects and improved governance across Housing Assets, Investments, and Standards
  
  \n

\n

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external contractors
  
  \n

\n

• Ensure delivery aligns with key milestones, budgets, and compliance frameworks
  
  \n

\n

Skills & Experience Required:

\n
• Proven project management experience, ideally in a housing or local authority setting
  
  \n

\n

• Strong track record of delivering technical or service transformation projects
  
  \n

\n

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  \n

\n

• Ability to problem-solve, work autonomously, and manage multiple projects
  
  \n
