Job Title: Project Manager 3 - Supporting MDOT

Location: Lansing, MI 48933 (Hybrid - 2 days onsite/week)

Duration: 12+ Months

Interview: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video with any 2nd round interviews to be held onsite (must be willing to interview in person)..

Top Skills & Years of Experience:

5+ Years of recent Project Management experience.

Documented experience managing an IT project(s) in a large, complex, enterprise-governed IT environment.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Resource will need to be proactive with their communication and have solid critical thinking skills.

Must be collaborative, open-minded, and willing to adapt to the state's processes. Will work closely with Program and Portfolio Managers and must be open to additional leaderships oversight.

Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification highly desired.

5+ Years of Agile Experience highly desired.
