emagine is seeking a Project Manager and Coordinator** for an assignment with our client in the banking sector. This role involves supporting the core project team under the Technology Project Manager, managing stakeholder relationships, and coordinating various project deliverables.Assignment Description:Purpose of the Job:As a key member of the core project team, you will:- Manage internal and external stakeholders.- Gather requirements and manage socialisation channels.- Plan and execute stakeholder check-ins across approximately AO/SP.- Coordinate cross-project and group deliverables such as guiding principle assessments (e.g., sustainability).- Ensure workshops are attended by the appropriate personnel.- Be responsible for overall stakeholder management in collaboration with Project Managers and Workstream Leads.Key Responsibilities:- Drive stakeholder management efforts.- Collect and document requirements.- Develop and deliver presentations.- Manage communication channels for project socialisation.- Plan and execute regular stakeholder meetings.- Ensure alignment and participation in workshops.- Support Project Managers and Workstream Leads in stakeholder engagement.Description of Knowledge and Experience:Experience:- Proven project management experience in technical initiatives, including reporting management.- Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying technical descriptions and abstraction levels.- Strong knowledge of infrastructure and mid-range applications.- Understanding of broader business continuity management principles.- Broad and deep change management skills within business and IT.- Capability to advise senior management and staff on strategic, organizational, and technical matters.Skills:- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements.- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.- Effective planning and organizational skills.- Ability to manage cross-functional deliverables and ensure alignment with guiding principles.Start Date: -08-01 End date: -12-31 Location: Copenhagen, DenmarkWorkload: Full-time, Time and Material
