Job Title: Project Manager / Architect

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and support various phases of project work including schematic design, design development, and construction documents.

Provide construction administration support as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with project team members such as architects, designers, and consulting engineers to orchestrate successful project delivery.

Regular interaction with clients to ensure clear communication, effective problem-solving, and client satisfaction.

Redline drawings, produce documents, and ensure the highest quality of work.

Foster a collaborative team environment, working both independently and as part of the larger project team.

Manage project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables effectively.

Job Requirements

5-Year Bachelor’s Degree or 4-Year Associate Degree with a Master’s Degree.

6+ years of experience

Professional registration is not required, but

Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Ability to work as both a team leader and as support, with a collaborative approach.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience working with clients and stakeholders in the automotive/industrial sectors.
