Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities and providing support to multiple Project Managers to ensure operational success at Carlson’s Floors.

List of Essential Job Functions

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Foremen and Field Superintendent on designated projects providing support where needed.
  • Data entry in RFMS Software daily to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Organizing projects and keeping record keeping of receipts and invoices.
  • Provide notation using Bluebeam on drawings.
  • Create, organize, and maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Prepare files and written documentation for BIDs and customers as needed.
  • Track projects and upload documentation into Slack as they progress in status from initial BID to completion.
  • Obtain material pricing quotes for products and supplies.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in the use of Computer and Internet, MS 365 including Word, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Proficient in or willing to learn company software or apps such as Bluebeam, RFMS and Slack
  • Desire and ability to spend most of the time in a “behind-the-scenes.” administrative role.
  • Desire to work with a team, good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent time management and follow-through.

Employment:

Full-time employment, in-person or hybrid remote post .

Workday start time is 7:00 -3:30 CST Monday – Friday. During certain “high volume times” may require additional hours.
