The Position:

The purpose of this position is to be accountable to coordinate and supervise all employees and tradespeople onsite and ensure their compliance with schedule, plans, specs, and safety requirements. The Project Managers' duty is to oversee all aspects of the project, or portions of a project, as assigned by the Director of Construction. Multi-Family housing renovation experience is required, LIHTC Experience .

Job Description:

  • Reports directly to the Director of Construction
  • Oversee all aspects of apartment renovation projects from buyout, planning, scheduling, implementation, and closeout:
  • Produce and distribute Submittals, RFI's, and PCO's
  • Generate production schedules.
  • Coordinate with various PE's and AHJ's.
  • Perform quality control duties over in-process, and completed work.
  • Assist in preparing monthly draws.
  • Create and maintain production reporting.
  • Chair weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Ensure the subcontractors are executing and complying with contracted scope of work.
  • Assist with required inspections.
  • Identify and correct safety issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe project site.
  • Coordinate delivery verification and materials management.
  • Work with property management to communicate work requirements to project team.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adheres to original plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate overseeing quality control and punch lists.
  • Identify and correct Site Safety, OHSA, and Erosion control concerns.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to prepare, schedule and supervise punch lists.
  • Promotes jobsite safety and encourages safe workplace practices.
  • Maintain good working relationships with inspectors, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and others connected with the jobsite.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and represents the company brand admirably.

Successful Applicant will have:

  • Minimum 2 years of multi-family remodeling/renovation construction management experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience in buyout, coordinating work flow, scheduling, managing quality control and overall production of multi-family construction projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, some Saturdays

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Per-Diem (when traveling)
  • Vehicle Allowance
  • Telephone Allowance

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License
  • 30hr Osha - will provide training

Work Location: Varies - Traveling Required
