The role of the Project Manager – Civils & Groundworks will involve:



* Project Manager position dealing with a range groundworks for the modular building market sector



* Monitoring all site activity; organising all site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checks



* Organising the delivery of all materials that will be needed on site and ensuring they arrive on time



* Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project



* Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation



* Electronically documenting all contract-related correspondence, identifying and recording progress and problems



* Project sizes can vary from £50,000 to £1,500,000



The ideal applicant will be Project Manager – Civils & Groundworks with:



* Must have 3+ years project management experience dealing with groundworks, reinforcement, drainage, foundations, civil engineering or modular construction



* IT literate (Microsoft Office)



* Full UK driving license



* Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal



* Ambitious with a desire to succeed and grow with the company



* Personable, team player, problem solver, driven and enthusiastic
