Reputable Commercial General Contractor located in the Marietta area providing construction ground-up and renovation services. They seek to hire a Project Manager to work with their project management team on projects to include healthcare, education, high-end restaurants, high-end retail, high-end hospitality, commercial office, mixed-use, and specialty markets. RESPONSIBILITIES...

• Project management experience in related projects
• Proficiency in all construction project management responsibilities and functions
• Ability to lead, direct, and train Assistant PM's
• Ability to analyze, manage and mitigate risks
• Preparation of Financial Forecasts
• Preparation of Schedules
• Ensure adherence to Schedules
• Manage Request for Information (RFI) process
• Manage Submittal process
• Prepare Job Meeting agendas
• Approve Pay Applications/Invoices from Subcontractors
• Review Pay Applications to Owners
• Review drawing changes to determine impact on schedule and/or job cost
• Approve Owner and Subcontractor Change Requests and Change Orders
• Provide prompt responses to all team members
• Maintain quality control throughout projects
• Determine timing of Punch List walk-throughs
• Negotiate Subcontractor buyout opportunities
• Bid new projects as assigned
• Organize and facilitate OAC meetings

QUALIFICATIONS...

• Prior project management experience required
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
• Cost projections and budgeting
• Effectively communicate with clients, management and subcontractors
• Detail-oriented
• Sound judgment
• Strong work ethic and goal-oriented
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office and MS Project, Timberline Project Management, Sage Estimating, and ProCore
