About the Role:



* Manage the end-to-end delivery of high-rise residential and residential projects.



* Oversee project planning, execution, and handover, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.



* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.



* Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.



* Drive the resolution of any issues related to design, scheduling, or delivery.



What We’re Looking For:



* Proven experience in managing high-rise and residential projects, ideally with a main developer.



* Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.



* Deep understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality assurance.



* Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.



* Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
